	1: Centre flex-rail between posts s that there is 2-3 inches from post to first hole. Mark and cut rail.

	3: Place flex rail on fence top and use holes to mark location of Deckorators baluster connector
	4: Screw down baluster connectors to top of fence
	5: Install flex rail connector on the pickets at approximately 1/3 and 2/3 of the rail length. Use a # 6 x 1/2 inch screw and position flexrail connector 1.75 inch down from the top of the picket
	6: Click picket into place and pull down on ends to desired curve. Insert rail end connector and screw into place
	7: Measure distance from fence top to top of flex rail and add approx. 1.75 inches. Cut all tubes for each location and put into position.
	8: Slip a flex rail connector onto each baluster and then click into place with screwdriver or awl
	9: Screw flex rail connector to the balusters
	10: Install spears and screw into place
