BRISTOL, Connecticut — October 16, 2006 — Tiger Claw Inc. today announced that it has received a Standard of Excellence Award for its website, www.deckfastener.com, from the Web Marketing Association. The Web Marketing Association, Inc. is an independent organization founded with the purpose of evaluating and recognizing the standard of excellence on the World Wide Web. Tiger Claw received its award in the home building category.

The Tiger Claw website was designed to meet multiple objectives. They include educating the contractor and do-it-yourselfer communities about the use of hidden deck fasteners; showcasing and providing detailed information about Tiger Claw products; providing instructional materials for builders, retailers, and distributors; and providing numerous ways to deliver great customer service.
The newsroom section, found in “About Us,” was designed to provide journalists with all of the elements they need to do their jobs. There is also a Photo Gallery with images of customer decks and professional decks as well as company activities, employees & more.
Finally, the Tiger Claw site was designed to be very user friendly. Website visitors can use Tiger Claw’s easy-to-use store locator. The coverage estimator enables them to determine exactly how much product to buy. Customers can provide feedback through an online feedback form. They can also request information using a similar online form. And in the near future, visitors will be able to participate in a discussion group, designed to build a Tiger Claw community of contractors and do-it-yourselfers who can pass along tips and feedback to others.
